This information came from Symantec’s KB Article TECH66265:
If you receive a Live Update error that says it is unable to find any products to update [LU1805], you will need to run the following command in the command prompt from the Backup Exec program files folder.
Possible Program Folder Path:
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec
Command to Run from the Command Prompt:
BeUpdateOps.exe -AddBE -OptOut

"C:Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\BeUpdateOps.exe" -AddBE -OptOut
